Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Handling All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

• Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time).

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Canada Only) We currently ship exclusively within Canada.

• Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $100.00 CAD and above (before tax).

• Standard Shipping: For orders under $100.00 CAD, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight and destination of your package.

• Estimated Delivery Time: Standard shipments typically arrive within 3 to 9 business days, depending on your location.

Local Pickup Free local pickup is available at our Concord location.

• After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

International Shipping At this time, we do not ship outside of Canada.

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
