Shipping policy

Order Processing & Handling

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM (Eastern Time). Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to addresses in Canada and the United States. We do not currently ship to other countries.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Canada

  • Free Shipping: Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $100.00 CAD and above (before tax).
  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $100.00 CAD, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your package.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 9 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: United States

  • Free Shipping: Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $150.00 USD and above (before tax).
  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $150.00 USD, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your package, starting at $9.99 USD.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 12 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. Total time from order to delivery is processing time (1 to 2 business days) plus transit time.
  • Prices and shipping rates for US customers are shown in USD at checkout.

Duties, Taxes & Customs (USA Orders)

Orders shipped to the United States are sent from Canada and may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are not included in your order total. They are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier or customs authority at the time of delivery.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available at our Concord location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be ready within 1 to 2 business days. We will email you when it is ready, along with pickup instructions.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
